Shipping policy

All orders will be fulfilled within 3 working days (not counting weekends or holidays) from order completion. If you have a shipping error or address change you MUST let us know within 24 hours of order completion for us to make the change. We are not liable for any undeliverable addresses provided by you past the 24 hour window. You will be in charge of retrieving or reordering the lost package. Once the item has been scanned originally from the USPS it is out of our hands and we will not be held liable for any lost packages.
